Demonstration of the MechanoCulture TR compression bioreactor for parallel mechanical stimulation of tissue cultures.

This video demonstrates the CellScale MechanoCulture TR (MCTR), a compression bioreactor system designed for mechanical stimulation of tissue cultures.

The MechanoCulture TR supports parallel compression stimulation of nine independent specimens using a pressure-driven membrane system. The demonstration covers sterile assembly, specimen loading, perfusion-ready well setup, system sealing, and execution of a cyclic compression protocol with onboard displacement measurement.

The system is designed for long-term mechanobiology experiments and supports controlled compression of tissue constructs under physiologically relevant conditions.
