MechanoCulture TX (MCTX) Uniaxial Compression Stimulation Demonstration

Tutorials & Demonstrations
Quick Overview:
Demonstration of the MechanoCulture TX system for parallel uniaxial compression stimulation of tissue samples.

This video demonstrates the CellScale MechanoCulture TX (MCTX), a uniaxial compression stimulation system designed for tissue samples and cell cultures.

The MechanoCulture TX features six independently controlled wells, each with its own actuator and load cell, enabling parallel mechanical stimulation with independent force and displacement measurements. The demonstration covers sample loading, chamber assembly, protocol setup, system initialization, and execution of a compression stimulation test.

The system is designed to support sterile operation and onboard data storage for long-term mechanobiology experiments.
