RESEARCH SUMMARY
Developed a graded electrospun scaffold with aligned fibers to honeycomb patterns mimicking the bone–tendon interface. Dynamic loading (3% strain, 12 cycles) enhanced osteogenic activity and cell alignment, confirming mechanical stimulation supports enthesis regeneration.

CELLSCALE INSTRUMENT USED

MechanoCulture T6

Used the MechanoCulture T6 bioreactor to apply cyclic tensile strain (3%) for 7 days on multi-well scaffolds, enabling dynamic culture under sterile, incubator-controlled conditions and supporting real-time imaging and assays.
